Supply Chain Manager: To increase supply chain management resources to meet the fast growing demand of new product introduction (NPI). The supply chain has extended its responsibilities to manage all the materials requirement in the NPI process. Also need to improve sourcing capability to streamline the supply chain with cost effective suppliers. One particular area is to source a small-medium size of circuit board assembly house to meet cost reduction demand from the market.
B. REQUIREMENTS
1. New product introduction, engineering buys, and risk buys 2. Supply chain management: capacity, pricing, lead-time, quality, sourcing and vendor qualification 3. Cost and lead-time reduction 4. Collect and maintain market information and roadmaps for major components 5. Manage supplier reports and quarter business reviews Education & qualification Bachelor's degree in engineering. MBA degree is a plus. Good command in communication and business negotiation skills. Experience Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations and 5 years in management positions. Managed multi-national suppliers and contract manufacturers. Worked with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service. Familiar with MRP and documentation systems. Had responsibility for planning and customer deliveries. Familiar with international logistics. Experience in LCD panels and monitors is a plus.
