Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our Compensation and Benefits team. In this role you will be responsible for providing end user Lawson HRIS and third party systems support; developing and maintaining HR databases and reporting; and providing analytical and systems support to all areas of Human Resources.

In this role you will:
· Set up and maintain databases, systems, tables, and processes
· Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and train end users Partner with IT to establish interfaces between Lawson HRIS and vendors or third party administrators and monitor transmission of data files
· Lead and coordinate system related projects Develop MS Access reports for ongoing customer needs
· Research and resolve data issues between HRIS and vendor systems
· Test software upgrades and enhancements prior to production implementation

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
· 3-4+ years of progressive HRIS and HR experience
· Strong understanding of HR, compensation, benefits and payroll processes
· Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and Access experience
