Position Summary The Email Marketing Analyst will manage email marketing for multiple brands, including domestic and international support for store and online channels. This position will own the email calendar, including the planning of brand building, product launch, promotional, and seasonal marketing support. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaign delivery from creative development to quality assurance and deployment approval. The Analyst will be responsible for executing A/B testing plans including time of day, day of week, subject line, creative and landing page tests. This position will develop and execute segmentation strategies, leveraging data to make informed decisions. In addition, this role will own analysis and reporting of email performance, including all relevant key performance indicators and metrics (deliverability, open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue / email, conversion, etc).
Responsibilities * Manage the planning, development and execution of email campaigns for multiple brands, including segmented campaigns and triggered events (welcome email series, cart abandonment, etc) * Analyze and communicate email performance on weekly, monthly & seasonal time periods at the send and campaign level, leveraging the email platform and web analytics data * Develop testing strategies and define requirements, including set-up with vendor partners and insight analysis * Develop and execute email acquisition, retention, and response strategies * Coordinate with cross functional and vendor teams to ensure flawless marketing campaign delivery; including database targeting & data quality, legal, web design, copywriters, etc. * Effectively manage 3rdparty vendor relationships to ensure alignment with campaign planning and deployment, achieve efficient process flows and strategize future initiatives. *
Bachelor's degree required * 2 years of customer marketing experience with a successful track record, either in-house or at an agency/consultancy, email marketing experience preferred * Ability to set forecasted goals and to develop business strategy that achieves goals * Must have attention to detail with a strong focus on analytics * Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills * Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
