Handles incoming phone calls from our Fisher hotline. Assists Private Label complaints involving a consumer that has had a negative experience with JBSS. Selected customers will require individual tracking. Logs complaints in QA Database and Excel spreadsheets. Works with various departments QA/Production to ensure timely and accurate processing of consumer complaints. Handles email, fax and mail questions and complaints that come from consumers directly to JBSS. Including but not limited to: Recipes Requests, Product information, Complaints. Responsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to your manager. Assists team members: answers others-T phones when they are away from their desk; takes messages; processes their orders if they are overloaded, etc. Serve as back-up to other CSR-Ts during peak season or when team members are out of the office. Perform other duties as required. Will have select customers order entry responsibility. Follow Company policies and procedures. Responsible for manufacturing, distributing and consistently maintaining safe and quality food by following good manufacturing practices, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP and SQF requirements. Responsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to your manager. Responsible for partnering with others; Sharing knowledge, skills and information within your team and across functional areas. Responsible for enhancing technical and functional competencies, as well as professional and leadership development.
