Title: Temporary Recruiting Coordinator, Banana Republic Location: US-CA-SAN FRANCISCO Other Locations: * Communicate schedules to recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. * Schedule phone interviews as needed. * Own offer letter process * Produce offer letters and obtain necessary signatures. * Email final offer letters to hiring managers for approval. * Mail original offer letter, benefit information and new employee paperwork booklet to new hire. * Generate on-boarding memo. * Send the memo and the on-boarding booklet to the hiring manager. * Collect and document resumes and source codes into ARMS. Send to Saztec as appropriate. * Complete candidate reimbursement forms for Accounts Payable. * Participate in quarterly Coordinator Meetings. * Check candidates' references as appropriate * Manage the flow of candidate applications and background check forms. * Coordinate new hire orientation with HRD and hiring group. * Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Provide general administration (phones, faxes, mail). * Proficient in Windows NT, MS Office, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook * Strong customer service skills. * Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity. * Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment. * Detail oriented, flexible, and comfortable within an ambiguous ever changing environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* BA/BS preferred or equivalent business experience * 1 to 3 years administrative support experience, * HR experience preferred
