The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Director is responsible for leading and managing various business initiatives of the finance andaccounting organization through the design and implementation of efficient, effective and best-in-classprocesses. The BPI Director provides both strategic and tactical direction and leadership for variousgiven process area. Processes currently covered include: * Customer to Cash * Procure / Expense to Pay * Human Capital to Payroll * Record to Report * Planning to Reporting Responsibilities: * Lead efforts to evaluate, design, improve, and implement business process changes within thefinance and accounting organization * Provide strategic direction and leadership to the various teams on given process areas and/orenterprise applications * Partner with the IT organization to deliver process automation and approved systemenhancements or modifications. * In collaboration with IT, build and manage the projects roadmap and effectively deliver projectson time and on budget * Act as the process change expert and advisor to the CFO and controllers * Work closely with the finance and accounting leadership team to help implement effectiveinternal controls * Ensure
