WHAT WILL I BE DOING In your role as a Senior Brand Manager - Global Brands at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Leading the coordination of both the development and execution of the Global Masterplan: . Coordinating the building and creation of multi-region plan ideas . Coordinating the testing of multi-region plan ideas as appropriate . Coordinating the global master plan, supporting Global Lead in driving alignment . Working with agencies to identify recommended approach to multi-region ideas . Leading the coordination and execution of multi-region plan ideas
Leading the management of key Global Enablers: . Leading roll-out and updating of mySpecialK global digital solution (partnership with Global Digital) . Leading development and roll out of social media strategy (partnership with Global Digital) . Leading the continued development and execution of nutritional strategy including coordination of the Science agenda, management of evolution of guidelines and leading review of exceptions. . Leading the new Special K Global Hub including all of the key tools - comms and media best practice, architecture, positioning, identity, etc.
Ongoing responsibilities: . Supporting the Global Lead by being key contact for regional leads on the brand, providing both planned and ad-hoc support . Providing ongoing review and recommendations on the performance of the franchise globally . Managing the SPK Global Brand Budget WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE As well as a hunger to learn and succeed as a Senior Brand Manager, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements: Required: . Bachelor's degree . Significant experience in brand management including the creation of copy and development and execution of media strategy . Active interest/curiosity in marketing in different cultures and to push marketing capability from a technical perspective . A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions with a Consumer Packaged Goods company . Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular strength in positioning, brand development . Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints . Proven proficiency working in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) . Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication . Candidate experience that includes proven success in different brand portfolios is a plus Preferred: . Master''s of Business Administration or a Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline . Prior global brand experience . Established brand marketing combined with marketing innovation experience and business development .
