Title: General Labor Part Time Location: NAM-PA-Lehigh Valley Kraft Foods, Lehigh Valley is currently seeking qualified individuals for 2nd & 3rd shift General Laborer positions. Production employees are responsible for the daily operation of packaging equipment to produce high quality food products using state of the art technology. Employees will perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict product safety and quality standards. Team members are expected to take an active role in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Good communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills are essential. Interested individuals must be able to work in a fast paced, multifaceted environment and meet defined physical activities. Positions may involve repetitive lifting 50 lbs., bending, standing, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and grasping. Applicants must be available to work any shift that is assigned. Candidates who are extended an offer of employment will be required to complete a post-offer, drug screen and background check. Kraft Foods offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package. Pay starting at $14.61 per hour. Applications and resumes will not be accepted at any Kraft Foods location.
