PURPOSE: Meet established safety, cost, service, and quality objectives. Move product to and from trucks, racks, and varied locations. Accurately account for all inventory moves and for shipments and receipts of finished goods. Meet customer expectations for accurate, damage free, and on time shipments. Meet all GMP, safety, and KORE quality standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Drive forklifts safely and efficiently with both single and double- wide pallet capability, weighing up to 2500 lbs. each, and loading/unloading from both floor or rack locations. Maintain a clean work area and comply with GMP standards including PPE. Record accurately product movements by item number, lot code, location, and/or truck number manually or using RF related equipment.
Maintains all required forms and turns the forms in as required. Handle all products correctly and damage free. Reports all product damage immediately to warehouse lead or warehouse supervisor. Move materials weighing up to 55 lbs. 10 feet or more. Maintain documentation for operation and maintenance of forklift. Meet all CCR and Plant/Warehouse safety policies. Accurately perform physical inventories Ensure compliance with code of conduct, plant rules, and security requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Must be able to see and hear. Must be able to demonstrate good attendance. Ability to work on all shifts. Ability to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts to satisfy business needs. Ability to work extended hours and/or overtime as required. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Ability to recognize material and product defects.
JOB LOCATION:
Work is performed in warehouse setting, temperatures ranging from 34° to 100° F. Work requires exposure to high noise levels, cold, heights, fumes, dust and vibration.
Have operated and have been trained to drive a forklift. a minimum of least 1 year experience in a similar distribution setting.
