Description

This position reports to the Retail Store Manager and the primary role is managing the bakery outlet as well as to sort and rotate product, stock shelves and cashier. This position requires lifting/loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 10-50 pounds repeatedly throughout an 8-hour period as well as bending, squatting and reaching while merchandising and stocking product. This position also requires pushing racks of full product that weigh more than 50 pounds.

PRINCIPAL ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Daily managing of Bakery Outlet
* Sorting and/or rotating product
* Stocking Shelves
* Cashiering
* Preparing daily sales and weekly inventory reports
* Daily ordering and product control
Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
* High School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Prior retail experience
* Prior supervisory experience
* Cash handling a big plus
