    Associate, ~~~ Tom Ford

    The Associate of eCommerce helps manage the Brand presence and overall ecommerce business for Tom Ford on all North America Online Retail Partner websites (i.e. ~~~). The Associate will assist in the day-to-day online operations relating to said Brands with responsibility for brand presence on site, programming, as well as collaborating with the online retail partners on new and competitive merchandising opportunities.

    About the Role

    The Associate of Tom Ford ~~~ will work alongside the Assistant Manager and the Director to support the online retailer presence for Tom Ford Beauty. The Associate should maintain, update, and optimize the presence of Tom Ford Beauty across all retailer e-commerce channels. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the execution of both general and e-commerce-oriented content and own the execution of merchandising, marketing and asset trafficking.

    Retailer management

    • Conduct specific market research and retailer site auditing, with a focus on reporting and analysis.

    • Work to build and maintain strong retailer relationships across all online accounts.

    • Leverage retailer relationships to optimize online brand presence, learn of new marketing/merchandising opportunities, and to educate retailer on the brand and our products.

    • Align with internal Account Management & Marketing teams to streamline retailer communications & encourage synergy across all omni-channels.

    • Communicate across all retailer accounts

    Asset management

    • Product assets:

    • Responsible for the full end to end project management of all creative assets, and act as a decision maker to approve those assets with the creative teams.

    • Work with the Marketing and Creative Teams to request, track and deliver the necessary shoppable product assets, alt-assets and product copy meeting all deadlines to support the retailers on hard counter dates / program dates. Including, but not limited to: new product launches, limited editions, value sets, retailer exclusives and hero product re-promotes.

    • Maintain a real-time asset tracker inclusive of asset distribution, rights, updates, expirations, etc. Ensure all appropriate internal and/or external teams are aware of any changes to assets or asset delays.

    • Merchandising and advertising assets:

    • Submit creative production requests to the Creative Team, track and deliver the necessary creative assets to meet the retailer's deadlines for scheduled e-commerce marketing/advertising.

    • If needed, send product comps or markets samples to retailers for additional exposure and/or social opportunities.

    Quality Assurance

    • Retailer sites:

    • Monitor product assortment & launches once live on retailer platforms to ensure they are correctly merchandised. Confirm accuracy of assets, shade names, copy, merchandising, etc.

    • Ongoing monitoring of copy and visual assets ensuring the most up to date images and copy are utilized.

    • Routinely QA retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, timely updates to new product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages. Ensure that products are merchandised in an optimal positioning. Escalate issues or enhancements in a timely manner.

    • Alert the retailer if there are discrepancies and manage the resolution and upload of proper imagery.

    • Advertising and merchandising programs:

    • QA and approve all assets created/utilized by our retail partners. Traffic assets as appropriate through the global creative team.

    • Audit all advertising/marketing against programming side by sides.

    Reporting/Analysis

    • Identify opportunities to build and drive ~~~ business to achieve sales and brand goals, unique to the luxury beauty category.

    • On a weekly basis:

    • Review and analyze the merchandising, advertising, & promotional efforts of the brand as well as competitors across all ecommerce and social media channels where brand is distributed.

    • Compile and organize weekly brand exposures in the online side-by-side.

    • On a monthly basis:

    • Compose a monthly executive summary highlighting key advertising placements for the brand across different retailer channels.

    Marketing/Merchandising

    • Manage WebCollage on relative retailer sites. Including but not limited to: layout proposals to Brand for new and existing products, loading content for new launches as well as updating content for hero products.

    Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing with an emphasis in understanding prestige brands in multi-channel selling environment

    • Strong understanding of/interest in digital marketing, along with aptitude for learning quickly and taking on new challenges,

    • Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task. Embraces big picture objectives and follows through on details

    • Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. databases, and various multimedia technologies)

    • Ability to manage timelines with a high attention to detail

    • Excellent time management skills both personally and by guiding cross-functional teams to keep projects on track

    • Process driver, self-starter with the ability to adopt existing processes and make recommendations on enhancements needed to those processes

    • Ability to effectively communicate and establish internal and external relationships

    • Knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce platform

    • Web usability, User Experience, QA testing, and Microsoft Office
