      About the Job

      As an Assistant Store Manager, you work in partnership with the Store Manager to create a successful sales environment by providing unparalleled customer experience and developing a strong sales team. Additional responsibilities include:

      • Partner with the Store Manager to lead sales team with exceptional store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Sprint Brand

      • Develop and build a market presence and customer base for a brand new store
      • Exceed sales goals and service performance requirements through new customer sales, accessories and features and providing excellent customer satisfaction. 
      • Motivates sales team to meet or exceed key performance objectives that include service and repair metrics, sales and customer satisfaction goals and store compliance/audits
    Qualifications:
    • About You

      A successful Assistant Store Manager must be energetic, passionate about technology and able to succeed in a fast paced environment. Additional requirements include:

      • 2+ years retail management, supervisor or lead experience; preferable in wireless retail
      • 2+ years of wireless experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Experience managing KPI’s and sales metrics
      • Experience coaching, motivating and managing a sales team
      • Must be persistent, customer focused and motivated to succeed.
