Job Summary and Qualifications

The Sanitation Worker disperses food and supplies received from vendors to the appropriate storage location in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities of the Storeroom Associate also include providing a safe and orderly food service storeroom area for our facility. The hospital dining schedule features hours and shifts that create a great work - life balance. Your food service experience and commitment to service, safety and professionalism will contribute to a positive experience for our patients, visitors and colleagues.

What you will do in this role:

• You will ensure proper storage of food and non-food received.

• You will maintain the storage area in a clean and orderly manner according to regulatory guidelines and document corrective action if needed.

• You will ensure appropriate inventory levels.

• You will stock the cafeteria and service areas with required service ware and food items to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation.

• You will assist with monthly inventory, daily orders and maintaining all kitchen utensils, equipment and physical surfaces in a safe and sanitary manner.

• You will assist with tray line, delivery of food and late tray carts to the nursing areas daily.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Food handlers permit upon hire
